Campground Rules & Regulations

Pool Use Rules

  1. Camping is at your own risk. Management assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, property loss or damage.
  2. Management reserves the right to seize or place lien on personal property for non-payment - Lien upon personal property located at campground facility (New Jersey Statutes and Code 5:16-3)
  3. All cancellations and/or early departures forfeit refund.
  4. Check-out time is 12 noon. Check-in time is 1 PM. There is an additional charge if unit remains on site after 12 noon.
  5. All rents are payable in full, in advance. There is a $2.00 per day late fee.
  6. Campsite occupied by a camper and his or her party shall be maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  7. Visitors and guests must register at the office and pay a visitor fee.
  8. All parties and picnics must be approved at the office.
  9. According to New Jersey State Law, you CANNOT be a permanent resident in a campground.
  10. All pets must be kept on a leash, quiet and attended to at all times. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your own pets.
  11. Parents or guardians shall maintain supervision of children in their custody at all times.
  12. All children must be on site by 9 PM.
  13. Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM - 7 AM.
  14. All vehicles must be legally registered.
  15. Do not park or drive vehicles on the grass.
  16. 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced for the safety of children and others. Speeders will lose their campsites!
  17. Persons camping with motorcycles are permitted to drive to and from assigned sites only.
  18. There is absolutely no washing of vehicles (RVs, cars, trucks, vans, etc.) in the campground. Anyone choosing to ignore this rule may be charged a minimum $50 water assessment fee.
  19. Please be sure your water connection is secure; we do not tolerate wasting water.
  20. Absolutely NO discharging of wastewater and/or gray water on the ground by order of New Jersey State Law.
  21. There is absolutely no washing of vehicles (RVs, cars, trucks, vans, etc.) in the campground. Anyone choosing to ignore this rule may be charged a minimum $50 water assessment fee.
  22. No laundry or dishes are to be done in our bathrooms.
  23. There is absolutely NO smoking in the men's rooms, ladies' rooms, laundry rooms, cabins or office.
  24. Sewer rings are required by New Jersey State Law. If you do not have one, you must purchase one in the office.
  25. Wooden platforms, decks, pallets, running generators, etc. are not permitted in the campground.
  26. Only approved RV clotheslines are permitted for safety reasons.
  27. Picnic tables or fire rings are not to be moved. One per site.
  28. Fires must only be in the rings provided. Please be sure to extinguish all fires before retiring or leaving your campsite. No glass or cans in fire rings.
  29. All campsites must be kept neat and clean.
  30. We will only accept everyday bagged household trash in our dumpster. Some of our restrictions are: tires, furniture, mattresses, appliances, wood, oil, cardboard boxes, batteries, pallets, any dangerous chemicals, etc. If there are any questions on what can and cannot be thrown in the dumpster, please ask at the office. Anyone caught dumping materials other than approved household trash may be charged a minimum $50 trash assessment fee.
  31. Please put all recyclables in the marked containers by the trash dumpster - IT'S THE LAW!
  32. No trespassing on other campsites.
  33. Vandalism or other unseemly, or roudy behavior shall not be permitted.
  34. Anyone caught defacing or destroying park property will be held financially responsible for any damage and dismissed immediately.
  35. Firearms, firecrackers, fireworks or explosives of any type are not permitted at any time. This is a violation of New Jersey State Law.
  36. The wildlife on the pond is there for your viewing enjoyment. We will not tolerate anyone hurting, teasing, chasing or bothering these birds. Please do not feed the birds moldy bread; this could kill them. Any violation will result in immediate dismissal and/or criminal charges. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.
  37. Only people registered in our office are permitted to fish - sport fishing only. ALL fish must be thrown back.
  1. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
  2. No lifeguard. All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No swimming alone. This pool shall be closed when the manager is not on the permises.
  3. Pool hours are 10 AM - 7 PM.
  4. No food, glasses or glass bottles are allowed in the pool area.
  5. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in or around the pool area.
  6. No pets permitted in pool area.
  7. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING!
  8. No running, rough play or obscene language.
  9. No climbing the fence.
  10. Please wash suntan oils off before entering the pool.
  11. No chewing gum or candy allowed while in the pool.
  12. Please put all cigarette butts and trash in trash container.
  13. Pool seasonal operation is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
